Returns and Exchanges
We love our products, and we hope you will too! If, for any reason, you feel that your purchase has not lived up to your expectations, we will be happy to accept a return or exchange.
We accept exchanges on items purchased on poetrybath.com only up to 30 days after the original purchase.
Please follow these steps:
1. Please enclose the product you wish to exchange along with the Return Merchandise/Exchange form (on the bottom of the packing slip which came with your original order), explaining the reason for the return.
If you are making an exchange and the total cost of your exchange is more than the amount of your return, please include your payment information on the back of the packing slip. The purchase price of the merchandise will be credited back to your original method of payment. In the case of an exchange, a new charge will be issued to your account for the replacement. A customer service representative may call to help you if we need further information.
If you are returning or exchanging a gift, please check the box marked "Gift Return" on the back of the packing slip.
2. Make a copy of the completed form for your records.
3. Package your return securely, and affix the return label provided with the product on the outside of the return package.

4. For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post. Please do not send the package C.O.D., as we do not accept returns shipped C.O.D.
We're sorry, but return shipping fees are not refundable. In the case of damaged items, please refer to Damaged Items below.
Your return or exchange will be processed promptly, and your exchange will be shipped via standard ground shipping. Processing and transit time for exchange packages is usually 7-10 business days from the time the exchange is received. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return or exchange request. Credit card refunds will be reflected on your billing statement within 1 billing cycle.
Only products purchased on PoetryBath.com may be returned for refund or exchange.
Poetry Intimate Ritual gift certificates cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged Items
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at 1-901-272-2612.
Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
